A & R Willis Catering Trailers Ltd. ("A & R Willis", "we", "our", or "us") designs, manufactures, and supplies catering trailers, van conversions, container builds, and related services. By accessing or using our website, submitting a quote request, or entering into a purchase agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of This Website

  • You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only.
  • You may not copy, scrape, or misuse any content without our written consent.
  • Information provided is for general guidance and does not constitute contractual advice.

3. Quote Requests & Orders

  • All quotes are non-binding.
  • Pricing, specifications, and delivery times are subject to change based on availability and scope of work.
  • Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing and may include staged payments.
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment must be received before the release of any completed build.

5. Warranty & Support

  • All new A & R Willis-built trailers and conversions include a 24-month back-to-base warranty.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only—not wear-and-tear, user damage, or third-party alterations.
  • Repairs on customer-supplied units are subject to inspection and approval.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure they provide accurate specifications, intended usage, and relevant compliance requirements.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any supplied base unit is roadworthy and suitable for conversion.

7. Repairs & Modifications

  • Repair and servicing work is offered primarily on A & R Willis-built units.
  • We may accept customer-supplied trailers or vans, provided they meet our build criteria and pass inspection.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, copy, and website content remain the property of A & R Willis Catering Trailers Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You may not replicate or distribute our materials or builds without written permission.

9. Newsletter & Marketing

  • By subscribing to our newsletter (The Rollout), you consent to receive news, industry insights, and promotional content.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us directly.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for losses resulting from:

    Misuse or modification of a build

    Operational failure due to third-party changes

    Delays or disruptions beyond our control (e.g., material shortages, courier delays, acts of God)

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the UK courts.
