Refit & Refurbishment Services

Does your trailer need a refresh? Whether you’ve outgrown your layout, inherited a tired catering unit, or want to upgrade your setup—our skilled team can give your trailer or conversion a new lease of life.

We offer:

Equipment, Spares & Parts

Looking for parts or equipment for your catering trailer or van? We've got you covered. As one of the UK’s leading trailer builders, we also stock and supply a wide range of components and appliances, including:

  • Gas struts, roof vents, and spare fittings
  • Bain-maries, griddles, fryers, and other appliances
  • Refrigeration and cold storage units
  • Generators and electrics
  • Custom shelving, sinks, taps, and more

If it powers, stores, heats, or cools—we can probably supply it.

After-Sales Care & Support

Your trailer might leave our workshop—but our support doesn’t. Every new unit from A & R Willis comes with:

  • 24-month back to base warranty
  • Full handover and operational guidance
  • Support by phone or email if questions arise
  • Manufacturer’s warranty on all supplied equipment

If something goes wrong, just let us know—we’ll work to put it right. Your success is built into everything we do.

Repair & Maintenance Information (RMI)

We understand that over time, trailers may need repairs or updates—whether due to wear, accidents, or third-party modifications. If you are a service provider or technician working on an A.R. Willis Trailer and require technical details to return it to its original build spec, we can help.

In line with VCA requirements, we offer Repair & Maintenance Information (RMI) for third-party workshops needing to restore one of our builds to a compliant standard.

We can provide (upon request):

  • Build and layout specifications
  • Gas and electrical system information
  • Materials and component data sheets
  • Equipment installation details (if supplied by us)
